Objective of the Society
The key feature of our group is to inform families and networking who has adopted from Belarus, and families wishing to adopt from Belarus. We set up in 2003 after we (john and Easther Quinn) came home with our twins. We wanted to meet similar families in order to keep the kids in touch and to also try and hold on to their culture. During our preperation for adoption we found very few people to talk to or ask for advise, so we made a promise out in Belarus when we got home we would set up a support group - And here we are. We believe there is only appox 80-85 kids already adopted from Belarus, but to date we have only managed to contact about 30, so we are still hopeful to contact all the families. We are a small voluntary group, but still managed to have at least 1 outing a year (christmas) and its just magical. So please join our group and get to know how all the other little rascals are getting on with their new mama's and papa's
